I stumbled upon this fish pie recipe online a while back. I just love it! It is like a shepherd’s pie, but with fish. I searched around online and found out that fish pie is a traditional British dish. Although this recipe is not completely the same as the original one. This is absolutely delicious. Flakey fish with creamy mashed potatoes and sweet vegetables all in one dish. Hope you will like this.

Fish Tacos
When I say fish taco, you probably would think of the fried crispy fish on a corn tortilla with some lettuce. This fish taco is not the fried kind, but it is absolutely delicious and satisfying. I love the hint of smokiness from the Spanish paprika. The slightly tangy coleslaw, the flaky cod and the creamy avocado were the perfect combination. Juicy fish and crunchy coleslaw. Excellent healthy meal. Enjoy!
Spicy Tuna Rice Bowl
It has been hot in the past two weeks. When it is hot, it is not very pleasant to cook in my apartment. It gets really hot in the kitchen, especially when I have the oven on. It is like a sauna. I would sweat like a pig. To prevent this, I tried to cook something fast and easy or not “cook” at all. This spicy tuna rice bowl is the perfect no-cook meal. It tasted light and delicious. After you have tried this, you will never need to buy spicy tuna bowl from outside. Have fun making it and enjoy!
Salmon with Strawberry Salsa
We are in strawberries season right now. It is hard not to make something with these sweet little strawberries. Salmon with strawberries? Seems a bit odd. The salsa was a bit sweet and sour. It helped to cut the fattiness of the salmon. It was actually a good combination. This is something unique and different for your good old salmon. It is a definitely worth a try!
Panko-Crusted Salmon with Honey-Mustard Glaze
I like fish. But sometimes, it is not easy to cook a good piece of fish. The fish always turn rough and mushy. Salmon is probably the easiest to handle, and it is ok to be eaten raw. Recently, I found out that I really like crusted fish. The crust gives the fish some crunch. Love the texture! This panko-crusted salmon is very good. It is so simple and easy. It can be done in less than 30 minutes.
