This is no ordinary macaroni and cheese. It is a stove top dish. No oven is needed. There are bacon, caramelized onions, and garlic panko topping. I love the little sweetness and smokiness from the onions, and I can taste the bacon in every bite. The panko give some perfect crunch. The flavors are amazing! I have made this recipe many times, and after many tries, I am finally happy with my cheese choices. This is definitely my go-to mac and cheese recipe. I hope you will like it too!

I was watching Food Network the other day, and I saw this braised chicken. It looked amazing, and I couldn’t wait to try it out. It was pretty delicious! The sauce was sweet and flavorful, and the chicken was tender and juicy. The crispy bacon gave the whole dish some crunch. It is a great dish with rice. I served the chicken with garlic toasted rice. Bryan and I couldn’t stop eating. The leftover was even better after the flavors being soaked up for a night. Hmm… I may just make this again next week!

The dressing of this recipe is a vinaigrette. It is light and tasty. It is definitely better than ranch or blue cheese dressing. With the avocado, the salad is creamy and delicious. Bryan loves the dressing, and he loves everything with bacon. I think I will be making this salad a lot more!
